A local law firm in downtown Honolulu is looking for a full-time Litigation Secretary to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with litigation experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

You'd be great for the Litigation Secretary role with the following:
  • At least 5 years of recent litigation experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe/Nuance
  • Familiar with State and Federal court rules and e-filing systems (JEFS, USDC, 9th Circuit)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities of the Litigation Secretary:
  • Prepare court documents, statements, and legal forms
  • Manage calendars including hearings, meetings, and deadlines
  • Handle e-filing and paper filing across multiple court systems
  • Draft correspondence with clients, carriers, and experts
