  • A/P clerk ensures accuracy of accounting needs on a weekly-monthly and annual basis
  • handle financial Records
  • Paying Vendors on a timely manner
  • Balancing Factory Statements
  • Timely record keeping of accounting information to our inventory/ order supplies
  • Prepare customer invoices
  • Call vendors for our payments 
  • Reconcile AP schedules
  • Maintain Petty cash flow
  • 1099 filling 
  • Send monthly invoices on a timely manner
