Position Objective

This role exists to lead and elevate visual design execution across retail, digital, and customer-facing brand touchpoints. The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for creating cohesive, high-quality creative through thoughtful design systems, art direction, and strong visual direction. Success in this role looks like delivering impactful work that strengthens brand consistency, supports business goals, and creates a seamless experience across channels.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Designer Fundamentals

  • Expert in print and digital files and development
  • Production artist capabilities such a design in ideally the fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce.
  • Strong background either in a degree and/or past work experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Strong, diverse portfolio that demonstrates high-level concepting and polished execution across digital and print.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Strong understanding of art direction, photography, and storytelling through design.
  • Confidently providing thoughtful feedback and creative direction to junior designers, freelancers, and agency partners.
  • Mastery in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Omnichannel Visual Systems & Brand Consistency
• Responsible for developing reusable templates and visual frameworks across retail and digital assets to ensure cohesive brand expression across all customer touchpoints.
• Support business goals by improving operational consistency, strengthening brand recognition, and enabling scalable creative execution across channels.

Ghost Mannequin Standards & PDP Quality
• Responsible for ensuring photography standards across ghost mannequin and on-figure PDP imagery, including proportion consistency, color accuracy, and product cohesiveness.

  • Key owner of leading development in Ai for retouching, PDP, new product shots and editing

Retail Visual Experience & Window Design
• Responsible for conceptualizing and executing retail window displays that balanced aesthetics, production feasibility, customer flow, and budget considerations.
• Enhance in-store brand perception and customer engagement by creating visually impactful retail experiences that aligned with seasonal campaigns and merchandising goals.

Brand Narrative Development & Creative Alignment
• Responsible for developing the foundational "Brand Muse" visual deck to establish a centralized narrative and aesthetic direction across campaigns, retail, social media, and creative assets.
• Strengthened cross-functional alignment and reduced subjective creative feedback by creating a unified strategic framework for brand storytelling.

Packaging Systems & Cross-Channel Brand Experience
• Concept-to-production development of packaging systems across retail and e-commerce environments.
