  • Hoop garments accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper placement and alignment.
  • Produce and inspect sample sew-outs prior to production to verify quality and accuracy.
  • Monitor machine performance throughout production, making adjustments to thread tension, speed, and other settings as needed.
  • Perform quality checks, trim excess backing and thread, and ensure finished products meet company standards.
  • Follow production schedules to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Read and interpret work orders to verify product details, artwork, colors, placement, and quantities.
  • Prepare upcoming jobs to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Communicate product shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to team leads.
  • Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on embroidery equipment.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to learn production software and ERP systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to distinguish colors and inspect fine details for quality.
  • Ability to work safely around production equipment.
