Jr. Software Developer

Position Overview:

The Junior Software Developer is responsible for coding, testing, and implementing configuration changes and assisting in the design of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements of the operations.

Job Duties:

Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.

Conduct assessment of customer needs and recommendations for improved configuration and implementation of improved applications.

Learning and maintaining existing software programs; make approved changes by developing detailed programming logic and coding changes.

Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users.

Write and maintain documentation for software projects.

Develop and implement test plans for new projects, and maintenance of existing projects.

Maintain confidentiality regarding the information processed, stored, or accessed.

Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference.

Adapt to evolving technologies and processes.

Other tasks and activities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or the equivalent experience in application development/sustainment.

Experience requirements include 1+ years of progressive experience in Application Development/Sustainment.

Experience with DevOps Methodologies, GitLab, and Agile Methodologies.

Required Skills include Full Stack JAVA Framework. .NET, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint, .NET, SQL, HTML5, SQL, MySQL, iOS Development/Sustainment, PhP, WordPress.

Required Qualifications:
