The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in OneStream Development to join our dynamic IT team. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining OneStream applications and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of our multi-year OneStream projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in OneStream and other enterprise planning technologies, demonstrate a proven track record of successful enterprise performance management and planning project implementations, exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, and have a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
What You'll Do
• Design and Development: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of OneStream solutions, including enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
• System Implementation: Participate in the full lifecycle of OneStream projects, from requirement gathering and analysis to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Methodology: Collaborate with the team to deliver quality solutions, drive business adoption, and provide standard implementation methodologies.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OneStream systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in planning development.
• Extensive knowledge of finance planning and consolidation processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream application development.
• Experience with enterprise planning and EPM technologies such as Oracle, Hyperion, EPM, Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and Essbase will also be considered.
• Proficiency in OneStream programming, C#, VB.NET, and VBA.
• Experience in finance data warehouse analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP, GitHub, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.
• Ability to develop globally compatible, reusable, and flexible technical frameworks and architecture.
