Job description

As a Data Management Developer, you will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT team members to design, develop, support, and optimize data integration and analytics solutions across the organization. Your goal will be to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives. Your success will be measured by your ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, proactively resolve integration challenges, maintain enterprise standards, and mentor junior team members as they develop their skills and experience.


Please note that this position will require shift flexibility and rotational on-call work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and support Managed File Transfer Services (MFTS), Enterprise Application Integrations (EAI), and data integration solutions for batch, real-time, and near-real-time processing
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures and performance issues while implementing effective error handling, alerting, logging, and recovery processes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze issues, and translate business needs into technical integration specifications and solutions
  • Partner with security teams to ensure integrations and data transfers meet enterprise security, compliance, encryption, and governance requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including interface designs, data mappings, operational procedures, and support documentation
  • Participate in projects to implement new integration solutions, enhancements, application upgrades, patches, and installations
  • Evaluate existing integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to review solution options, communicate recommendations, and support project planning activities
  • Mentor junior Data Management Developers by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support for professional development

Your Skills:

Your Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise systems or data integration roles
  • Experience with programming and integration technologies including Java, SQL, Shell Scripting, APIs (SOAP/REST), XML/JSON, and integration platforms such as Talend, Informatica, MuleSoft, TIBCO, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture, relational databases, networking concepts, security protocols, authentication methods, encryption standards, and software quality assurance practices

The expected salary range for this position is $66,267 - $87,804. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
