Role Overview

A Junior Scrum Master supports the adoption and execution of Scrum practices within a development team. This role focuses on learning and applying agile principles while assisting in facilitating Scrum events, tracking team progress, and helping remove basic impediments. Working closely with senior Scrum Masters or agile leaders, this individual helps create a collaborative, transparent environment that enables teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Experience: Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience in software development, project coordination, or agile environments

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $50,500 - $93,800.
