About The Role:

This position performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line. The role provides input into project plans, estimates, schedules, technical design, and development methodology for cross-functional software products. The Senior Software Engineer designs and develops software solutions across multiple systems, applications, and services. This includes analyzing business and technical requirements, building secure and maintainable solutions, supporting system integrations, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to long-term improvements.

About The Team:

This role also mentors junior team members, participates in code reviews, works closely with Agile teams and business stakeholders, and translates user or customer needs into practical technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.

  • Solid understanding of web application development, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database concepts.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

  • Proficiency with Git, code reviews, and modern source control practices.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment processes.

  • Knowledge of Docker and container-based application delivery.

  • Strong understanding of Agile software delivery.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
