The Opportunity:
As a Senior Solution / Implementation Manager, you'll lead complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of our customer programs. You'll mentor junior managers, develop best practices, and drive strategic capability development across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Solution Development
  • Lead creation of customer-specific program solutions.
  • Assess and integrate key customer requirements.
  • Provide required inputs for quoting.
  • Continuously refine and improve solution approaches.

Implementation Insight
  • Offer guidance on operational challenges and best practices during the quoting and design process.

Solution Integration
  • Ensure smooth handoff of solutions to implementation teams.
  • Support transition into sustainable, ongoing operations.
  • Ensure execution of critical customer requirements.

Project Management
  • Drive proactive cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead communication cadence, meetings, and status updates.
  • Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation.

Sales Support
