Work you'll do

As a sales focused Manager in Strategy, Growth & Transformation on the Cyber team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead technical solutioning discussions for cloud security opportunities and align offerings to client needs and priorities
  • Articulate product capabilities, differentiators, and technical value propositions to executive and technical audiences
  • Coordinate technical evaluations, including demonstrations, installations, and interpretation of security insights for prospective clients
  • Work with client leaders, product management, and sales stakeholders to scope opportunities, develop proposals, and support pursuit activities
  • Support onboarding and post-implementation activities for select clients to help drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Provide market and client feedback to product and development teams to inform roadmap priorities

The team

Our Cyber Enterprise Security offering helps clients design, strengthen, and evolve cyber programs aligned to strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite. The team works across areas such as cyber operating model design, governance, and risk assessment to help organizations improve visibility, decision-making, and overall cyber posture.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, and/or technology engineering
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud security technologies across at least one major cloud platform: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • 2+ years of experience working with alliance vendors such as CrowdStrike, Splunk, or Wiz
  • 2+ years of experience driving sales in the cyber and/or cloud security market, including lead generation, sales cycle management, and proposal development
  • 1+ year of experience coordinating sales strategies for strategic opportunities across complex stakeholder environments
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • 4+ years of experience working with cloud security providers and vendors
  • 1+ year of experience working in a cyber-related professional services environment
  • Bachelor of Science degree in computer science, information systems, information security, cloud security, decision sciences, risk management, engineering, or another business or technology discipline; or equivalent work experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
