Candidate will work on constructing linear programming models and constructing an evaluation model to evaluate the given solutions according to the demanding in a specific scheduling issues, giving the penalty standard to correcting results by weighting
penalty terms, giving the initial value and relatively optimal solution to test the evaluation model.
