Working with Development and QA teams to build automation suites

Being a hands on leader for some of the junior QA team members

Assist in automation tools assessment and develop processes

Support the strategic goals of the QA organization

Skills

Foundation in Java, preferably 4-6 yrs development background

2-3 yrs of QA automation experience

Well-rounded testing experience

Experience in an Agile environment

Excellent problem solving skills

Expertise in Automation frameworks like Selenium, Fitnesse, Cucumber

Experience in TDD, BDD


Qualifications

Must have JAVA and Selenium experience.
