Southern Impression Homes is a builder of single-family homes and multi-family units for both the BTR and owner-occupied markets in Florida.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, the company is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and overseeing the development and implementation of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with JD Edwards ERP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. ย

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage inbound calls and leads via CallRail ย 
  • Conduct outbound calls to leads and realtor referral lists ย 
  • Set zoom appointments for Property Counselorsย  ย 
  • Update lead statuses and notes in HubSpot CRM ย 
  • Qualify prospects using provided talk tracks and scripts ย 

Qualifications:ย ย 

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills ย 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) ย 
  • Comfort in high-volume outbound calling environments ย 
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus ย 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ย 
  • Skilled inย Microsoft Office Suite products (365, Outlook). ย
