Job description

As a Junior Property Manager in residential real estate, you will assist in the day-to-day management of a property portfolio, gaining valuable experience within a well-established and growing real estate organization. This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to develop their career by handling operational, tenant, and maintenance responsibilities under the guidance of a senior Property Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations of residential property portfolio
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution
  • Conduct routine property inspections and help maintain regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage property maintenance and improvements
  • Create purchase orders, code invoices, and support invoice approval processes
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of tenants, vendors, and properties
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of residential property management experience
  • Experience with residential real estate
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
