Canada Inc., compagnie canadienne de services administratifs qui fournit des services de répartition aux entreprises de transport du Groupe Loyal Express, sise au 1300, Le Neuf Avenue, Bécancour, QC, G9H 2E4, embauche répartiteur junior . Le poste est permanent, à temps plein, 40 heures par semaine.
Responsabilités:

  • Prendre les rendez-vous des livraisons;
  • Confirmez les calendriers d'expédition et les délais de livraison;
  • Générer et mettre à jour la documentation d'expédition et de livraison;
  • Collaborer avec équipe de logistique pour planifier et suivre les expéditions;
  • Recevoir, créer et traiter les commandes;
  • Tenir des registres des interactions, des transactions et des expéditions.
  • Traiter et transmettre l’information et les directives afin de coordonner les activités des conducteurs de véhicules, des équipes et de l’équipement à l’aide de divers systèmes informatisés de communication et de répartition
  • Répartir le personnel selon les horaires écrits et les bons de travail, ou selon les besoins liés à des situations d’urgence
  • Informer les conducteurs des problèmes de circulation et de parcours, tels que les travaux routiers, les accidents, la congestion, les conditions météorologiques, les restrictions de poids et de dimensions, ainsi que toute autre information pertinente

Exigences:

  • expérience de travail comme répartiteur minimum 2 ans
  • Niveau d'études: Diplôme d'études secondaires
  • Langues: français, anglais fonctionnel
