The position requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes, mentoring junior product managers, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance product value. The role ensures alignment with operational goals while continuously improving processes to optimize customer satisfaction and business performance.

Collaborating cross-functionally, the team manages product roadmaps, prioritizes features using data-driven insights, and ensures seamless go-to-market delivery. What you'll do:
  • Own strategy and execution for a moderately complex product, driving customer discovery and roadmap prioritization independently.
  • Research and validate customer needs through engagement, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify experience gaps and inform product decisions.
  • Define and manage product strategy and business objectives by benchmarking competition and setting KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Business partners to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, backlog, and launch readiness including operational workflows and success-metric tracking.
  • Apply data-driven decision making and experimentation to optimize product features and user adoption.
  • Mentor junior product managers and support continuous learning and improvement within the team.
