Are you an emerging designer with a sharp eye, curiosity, and drive to learn? At Mancini, Junior Interior Designers are trusted team players who help bring bold ideas to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all phases of design while collaborating with passionate, supportive teammates. What We’re Looking For
A creative, detail-oriented designer with a degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture. You’re fluent in Revit, AutoCAD, and familiar with Rhino or other 3D tools. You’re a quick learner, organized, and collaborative. Bonus points if you’re on the path to NCIDQ certification.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support project teams at every step—turning concepts into clear drawings and helping make designs real. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Assisting with FF&E selections, specs, and finish palettes
  • Creating test fits, space plans, and furniture layouts
  • Developing presentation decks and visual storytelling tools
  • Helping prepare construction drawings and schedules
  • Researching codes, vendors, and client context
  • Coordinating sample requests and vendor outreach
  • Building diagrams, process sketches, and documentation sets
