Junior Designer Role Summary
  • Hourly Rate: $30/hr
  • Part -Time: Expected 25-30 hours a week (desired in office 2 days)

We are seeking a proactive and creative designer to join our design and marketing team in NYC. This position is focused on enhancing our sales marketing efforts through compelling storytelling, deck design, and Flowcode product building. This role blends analytical and creative design skills. You'll participate in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where collaboration and innovation are valued.

What You'll Do
  • Sales & Go-To-Market Support
  • Design and develop custom pitch materials, including presentation design, landing pages, platform demo environments (ABT), and mockups.
  • Create tailored visual assets with data insights that support outbound sales efforts and partner pitches.
  • Develop best practice collateral and one-pagers to support onboarding and ongoing client education.
  • Partner with Product and Sales to design assets for new sales pitches, feature and product announcements.
  • Translate complex product use cases and features into accessible, on-brand visuals across marketing channels.
  • Serve as a cross-functional design liaison, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across internal teams.
