Job description

The Mission

A financial plan is only as powerful as its execution. At Acorn Financial Services, we pride ourselves on providing seamless, holistic stewardship to individuals and businesses. As a Junior Client Services Associate, your mission is to serve as the operational anchor of our business. You will deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience by flawlessly managing the critical day-to-day operations and administrative workflows that keep our firm moving.

Who You Are
  • You hold an unyielding standard of precision. In the high-stakes world of money movement, regulatory compliance, and account onboarding, excellence isn't optional. You sweat the details, ensuring every single form is perfect and every compliance box is checked before submission.
  • You thrive in disciplined execution. You bring intense focus and structure to your day. You understand that successfully managing dynamic calendars, complex scheduling, and voluminous paperwork requires an unshakeable commitment to the fundamentals of organization.
  • You are a true team player. You win together. You take immense pride in being the dependable operational anchor that allows the advisors and attorneys to shine in front of the client.
  • You are highly adaptable and tech-oriented. You navigate complex CRM systems and custodian platforms with ease, and you never shy away from learning and mastering new technological tools designed to improve efficiency.
What You Will Do
  • Prepare highly accurate new account paperwork, process dynamic account changes, and initiate account transfer paperwork while rigorously verifying asset transfer eligibility.
  • Perform vital administrative duties that support the client experience, including professional telephone coverage, coordinating complex client meetings, and calendar maintenance.
  • Prepare physical and digital materials for client meetings, ensuring all financial reports, estate planning summaries, and marketing materials are pristine and ready for presentation.
  • Maintain perfectly accurate, up-to-date client records within the CRM, ensuring all KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence and regulatory documents are filed correctly and securely.
How We Measure Success (Outcomes)
  • Achieve and maintain an exceptionally low technical exception rate (NIGO - Not In Good Order) on all new account paperwork and critical money movement requests.
  • Maintain strict, unwavering adherence to internal service level agreements (SLAs) for processing client requests and resolving advisor support tickets.
  • Effectively offload administrative burdens, a metric directly correlated to the wealth advisors' measurable increase in client-facing time.
What We Offer

We offer a highly respected entry point into a world-class financial firm with a clear, demonstrated culture of growth and professional development. You will receive robust training on elite industry tech stacks and elite service expectations. You will join a highly supportive environment fundamentally focused on teamwork, sincere candor, and shared organizational success.
