Ken's Gutters is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Junior Office Assistant to support our daily office and mail production operations. This role is a key part of our marketing workflow and directly contributes to generating new business. We are looking for someone highly reliable who takes responsibility seriously, shows up consistently, and follows processes with precision.
Job Overview
As a Junior Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the daily outgoing mail process from start to finish, ensuring a set number of letters are completed and sent out every workday. Success in this role is straightforward and measurable: mail goes out daily, on time, without exception.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily letter production from start to finish
  • Stuff, stamp, and prepare letters for mailing
  • Ensure daily mail volume targets are met
  • Organize outgoing mail for post office drop-off or mail carrier pickup
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient
  • Identify and resolve basic workflow or production issues
  • Support general office organization tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Highly reliable and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive, production-based tasks
  • Able to work independently and stay focused
  • Organized and process-driven

This position requires daily consistency. Mail must go out every day. We are looking for someone extremely reliable who will show up consistently and complete the work as expected.
