Job description

Overview i3 is seeking a candidate in support of the Air Ground Interoperability and Integration Lab (AGIIL) team. This individual will maintain the AGIIL capabilities to support rapid prototype integration and test of multiple capabilities and systems. Daily duties will be conducted at the S3I on Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Responsibilities Interact with outside teams to coordinate platform availability and configurations. Hardware and Software maintenance. * Maintaining Accountability of serialized hardware.

Demonstrate system capabilities both in the lab and in the field. Preparing and receiving shipments of lab hardware. * Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree required. Additional experience may substitute for degree. 0-3 Years of Relevant Experience.

U.S. Citizenship Required Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, but interim Secret required to start. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred: Have a basic understanding of IP networks. Be able to setup, deploy and Operate Windows, Android, and Linux Operating Systems. * Be able to run CAT5/6 cables and terminate with commercial or military style connectors.

Have excellent organizational and record keeping skills. Have industry recognized certifications such as Network+ or Security+ Exceptional Candidates will: Be familiar with Blue Force Tracking Systems and Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) Software experience. Be familiar with inventory management of hardware.

Be familiar with DoD forms. Be familiar with Cyber STIGs and how to apply them. * Be able to update firmware and maintain Hold Up Battery (HUB) for military radios.

Have experience with Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI), COMSEC, and common fill devices. Knowledge/Skills Knowledge of office administration and procedures. * Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully. Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner. * Work independently with accountability for accurate and complete results.

Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail oriented. Work well both independently and in a team environment. * Be energized by a fast-paced work environment.

Must be able to communicate with others effectively. Analyze information and respond appropriately. * Manage time wisely and prioritize tasks.

  • Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion.
