Voor de verdere uitbouw van onze positie in de Belgische markt zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Key Account Manager Distribution.

Als Key Account Manager Distribution ben je verantwoordelijk voor het strategisch beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van het distributiekanaal in België. Je bouwt sterke partnerships uit met nationale en regionale groothandelsgroepen en vertaalt de commerciële strategie van Wygwam naar concrete initiatieven binnen het distributiekanaal. In deze rol combineer je strategisch accountmanagement met een pragmatische, ondernemende en hands‑on aanpak.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de key account strategie voor het distributiekanaal in België
  • Uitbouwen en beheren van strategische partnerships met nationale en regionale groothandelsgroepen
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van key account plannen en gezamenlijke commerciële initiatieven
  • Onderhandelen en beheren van jaarafspraken en bonuscontracten
  • Coördineren van promoties, marketinginitiatieven en gezamenlijke acties met groothandelspartners
  • Ondersteunen van productintroducties en commerciële activatie binnen het distributiekanaal
  • Actief bijdragen aan de commerciële uitbouw van oplossingen rond smart living, home automation, energiebeheer en intelligente lichtsturing
  • Actief ondersteunen van de commerciële vertaalslag van innovatieve automation oplossingen naar het distributiekanaal, met focus op gebruiksvriendelijke smart home toepassingen, connected technologieën en slimme energie‑efficiënte gebouwoplossingen
  • Organiseren van trainingen, events en activaties voor groothandelsmedewerkers en installateurs, zowel zelfstandig als in samenwerking met strategische partnermerken en fabrikanten om gezamenlijke marktontwikkeling en kennisopbouw te stimuleren
  • Versterken van de expertise van distributiepartners rond residentiële smart home toepassingen en professionele lighting management oplossingen
  • Versterken van merkzichtbaarheid binnen filialen via POS‑materiaal, demonstraties en promotionele initiatieven
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk binnen de DMU van groothandelsorganisaties (HQ, regio’s en filialen)
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor commerciële en operationele topics
  • Samenwerken met interne teams zoals supply chain, marketing, product management, finance en sales operations
  • Analyseren van verkoopdata en promotieresultaten en vertalen van inzichten naar commerciële acties
  • Ervaring met technische producten of elektrotechnische distributie is een sterke troef
  • Kennis van groothandelsstructuren en kanaalmanagement
  • Ervaring met commerciële onderhandelingen en contractmanagement
