Description *Note: This position is for a future program that has not been awarded yet.* ProSync is seeking a passionate Management Analyst III to provide analytical support to identify organizational challenges, evaluate performance, and develop data‑driven recommendations for improvement. This role supports government stakeholders by conducting research, analyzing operational and financial data, and preparing written and oral reports that guide decision‑making. RESPONSIBILITIES The Management Analyst III provides analytical support to a U.S. Navy customer, leading evaluations, assessments, strategic recommendations and solutions for technical and organizational challenges. * Collect, review, and analyze organizational data to identify issues and recommend solutions.
* Define the nature and scope of problems and evaluate relevant metrics such as revenue, staffing, and expenditures.
* Conduct interviews with managers and employees and observe operations to understand workflows and organizational culture.
* Develop and apply mathematical models to support analysis and decision‑making.
* Prepare written reports and present findings to government stakeholders.
* Support implementation of recommended improvements when required.
* Lead briefings and coordination with leadership.
* Mentor junior analysts. Requirements * 10+ years of analysis experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. * A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
