Job description

Responsibilities

The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the development, deployment, and alignment of analytic solutions. Sr Business Intelligence Analysts are visualization and reporting experts, capable of transforming data, discovering data insights, and using those insights to present a story. They routinely work with other team members to provide technical expertise and mentorship.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare or related field required.
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in health insurance, managed care, provider reimbursement, outcomes research, or other healthcare decision support fields required.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in healthcare.
  • Intermediate SQL experience, and advanced data visualization and analysis experience is required.
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of Epic EMR, preferably in Epic Healthy Planet or any other Epic application.
