Job description

The Junior Graphic Designer is a key role that supports the Brand and Creative team across a wide range of deliverables, including digital and print. This position requires a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate is curious, tenacious, and comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking and managing numerous projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually compelling assets across a variety of channels, including web, social media, presentations, print materials, and event collateral (including booth and
    kiosk design)
  • Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop campaign visuals that align with strategic goals and reinforce brand identity
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay current on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools (such as AI) to keep creative output fresh and relevant
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and uphold visual standards throughout every project
  • Prepare print-ready files with precision and coordinate with external vendors to ensure flawless production

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience designing digital and print marketing assets
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles and best practices
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Monday.com
