Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Frontend Developer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

***MUST LIVE IN BIRMINGHAM, AL AND BE A TO APPLY***

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire hybrid position that reports onsite in Birmingham, AL.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and enhance web-based applications using modern frontend languages within a modern software development environment.
  • Build new functionality and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of existing applications and platforms.
  • Integrate frontend applications with APIs and backend services to support application functionality and data flow.
  • Participate in an Agile development environment, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, testing, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure code meets established quality and development standards.
  • Work closely with developers, product teams, analysts, and other technical stakeholders to coordinate development efforts and resolve technical dependencies.
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions, development progress, and project considerations to both technical and non-technical team members.
Position Requirements:
  • 3โ€“8 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on frontend application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, including developing and implementing application features from the ground up.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript and/or modern frontend development practices.
  • Experience testing and troubleshooting application code independently.
  • Strong coding, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with the ability to discuss previous projects and technical decisions in detail.
  • Additional backend development experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
