Job Summary:
PingWind is focused on delivering outstanding services to the federal government, and they are seeking a Front End Developer to build and deliver the user experience layer of a highly strategic supply chain resilience initiative. The role involves owning dashboards, user experience, and visualization delivery within a live control-tower environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design and build intuitive dashboards that support real-time operational decision-making
โ€ข Own the user experience across control-tower workflows, ensuring clarity, usability, and performance
โ€ข Develop data visualizations that translate complex supply chain and risk data into actionable insights
โ€ข Partner with backend and platform engineers to integrate APIs and data services into front-end applications
โ€ข Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and stakeholders to rapidly iterate on user-facing features
โ€ข Ensure responsiveness, performance, and reliability across all front-end components
โ€ข Establish front-end standards and best practices for UI/UX, component design, and visualization frameworks
โ€ข Support the evolution of executive, analyst, and operator views within the platform
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข TS/SCI Eligible
โ€ข 3-8 years of experience in front-end development or related roles
โ€ข Experience working with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, or similar)
โ€ข Strong experience building modern front-end applications using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
