Job description

Optimal Edge Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Operations Analyst to join our team in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with 4–5 years of experience aiming to grow in a financial operations position. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and contribute expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial record maintenance, payroll support, and banking relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
  • Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting
  • Assist with payroll management and related accounting tasks
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Enter and maintain accounting and financial data accurately
  • Assist with banking relationships and bank-related financial activities
  • Participate in internal meetings and communicate financial information as needed
  • Support daily financial operations and special projects
  • Collaborate closely with management and the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information

Required Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of accounting or financial operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Experience maintaining and reconciling financial records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
