This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the technical work while also managing projects, guiding junior staff, and working directly with clients and regulators.

This person will play a key role in developing practical cleanup strategies, evaluating remediation options, preparing technical deliverables, and keeping complex projects moving forward. The firm also offers strong benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees, a 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays, and participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

  • Communicate technical findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Guide and support junior staff to ensure quality and consistency in project delivery.

Senior Environmental Engineer Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (reports, proposals, client communication).
  • Experience with client development or expanding service offerings.
  • Familiarity with GIS and environmental data tools.
  • Experience in specialized remediation areas (e.g., PFAS, sediment, vapor intrusion, stormwater).

Company Benefits:

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees
  • 401(k) with up to a 4% company match.
  • Paid time-offs and holidays
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 + Lucrative Bonus
