Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Scientist to join their team!
This is a unique contract opportunity supporting a large, complex enterprise environment with evolving project needs. The work sits at the intersection of data science, technology, and energy, with potential involvement in data tied to earth and subsurface information. If you enjoy solving challenging problems and working on high-impact initiatives, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful contribution.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Develop and apply data science solutions for complex enterprise projects.
  • Work with large, integrated datasets across multiple business areas.
  • Support rebuilds, redesigns, or technology integration efforts.
  • Analyze data related to energy, geology, or subsurface information.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define evolving project needs.
  • Translate business challenges into practical data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong, senior-level data science experience.
  • Experience working with complex enterprise products and data.
  • Background in energy or oil and gas environments.
  • Geology or earth science knowledge.
  • Ability to work on evolving requirements and ambiguous project scope.
  • Experience supporting technical product integration or redesign efforts.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with subsurface or geological data.
