Job description

Company Description: Innovating at the Intersection of Tech and Real Estate
Join HailSolve, a profitable, tech-enabled B2B firm at the nexus of commercial real estate, insurance, and weather data. We are a lean organization that values service excellence and maintains a strong commitment to work-life balance. Managing over 9 billion square feet of industrial, office, and retail assets, we offer a dynamic, high-growth environment where you can immediately impact core business operations.
The Opportunity: Drive Platform Strategy and Ownership
We are seeking a Salesforce professional ready to evolve beyond standard administration and step into a critical, strategic role as a solution architect, systems thinker, and business partner.
You will be the owner of a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem, guiding technical decisions, managing multiple complex integrations, and driving advanced reporting needs.
This position is a unique chance to take full ownership of a core business platform and directly influence how a growing, profitable company operates.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Impact and Platform Evolution
  • Platform Ownership & Evolution: Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, supporting and strategically evolving a heavily customized instance.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and architect scalable, long-term solutions-moving beyond ticket execution to holistically evaluate business requests and determine strategic approaches.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner directly with multiple team leads and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical solutions, managing simultaneous projects, clearly communicating technical tradeoffs and anticipated business impacts.
Integration Management: Manage and enhance critical integrations with external systems (e.g., DocuSign, mobile field inspection tools, and other data sources).
  • Data & Analytics Leadership: Own complex reporting and analytics across Salesforce native tools and Tableau.
  • Process Governance: Lead the intake and prioritization of change requests and projects across various business functions, ensuring strict alignment with broader business processes and minimizing downstream risk.
  • Technical Influence: Facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and guide the business toward optimal platform decisions.
  • Technical Skill Application: Contribute light development work as needed, utilizing Apex, Flows, and integration skills.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external teams using tools like Slack and Jira.

Qualifications: What You'll Bring
Core Experience
  • 5+ years of strategic Salesforce experience in administration and solution design roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing highly customized Salesforce environments.

Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Ability to contribute junior-to-mid-level Apex or programmatic solutions.
  • Expertise in managing integrations and external data sources.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce Maps, Sales Engagement, or similar tools.
  • Strong background in reporting and analytics, including Tableau.

Architecture & Influence
  • A true Solution Mindset: ability to evaluate requests holistically, considering long-term system stability and downstream impacts.
  • Experience designing scalable, maintainable solutions over quick fixes.
  • Confidence in engaging stakeholders, pushing back when necessary, and proactively proposing superior alternatives.

Communication & Leadership
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for business users.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced or challenging environments, effectively managing multiple concurrent projects, and skillfully pivoting to address urgent business needs while
  • maintaining overall strategic priorities.
  • Experience acting as a vital bridge between business strategy and technical implementation teams.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in organizations with multiple external data integrations.
  • Exposure to field operations or mobile inspection tools.
  • Prior experience in a contract-to-hire or consulting environment.
  • General knowledge of AI tools.

The Environment: High Impact & Growth
  • Location: This is an onsite role based in Nashville, TN.
  • Culture: We offer a fast-paced, engaging, and collaborative culture where we enjoy our work and encourage frequent, positive interaction across the full team. We also maintain a disciplined approach, ensuring time for focused, "head-down" execution when complex technical work is required.
  • The Ideal Fit: We seek a resilient, solutions-oriented individual who is confident in driving critical business and technical conversations. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible difference every day.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. HailSolve does not provide visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
