Job description

This off-shift Jr. Development Technician will be located in our Research and Development Center and will have primary responsibility for breakout, finishing, assembly and visual inspection of prototype patterns. Compiles specific documents and records. Provides feedback regarding work instructions as appropriate. Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be able to work overtime during the week and/or weekends as required.


Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years work experience; or six months continuous manufacturing experience.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good visual skills.
  • Quality conscious.
  • Meticulous with respect to details.
