Trueline is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team specializing in power distribution and systems for industrial & agricultural clients in Minnesota, with comprehensive relocation and a strong base salary of $150k to $200k+ (relevant to experience). This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineer who wants to lead technical work, mentor junior staff, and play a key part in the company's long-term growth and succession planning.
What You'll Do as the Senior Electrical Design Engineer:
  • Design and oversee electrical power distribution systems for industrial and agricultural facilities such as grain terminals and processing plants
  • Serve as a technical lead on projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and EITs, helping elevate team capability
  • Collaborate directly with clients, providing clear communication and trusted expertise
  • Contribute to process improvements as the company scales and evolves
  • Support business growth by helping evaluate and prioritize incoming project opportunities

Senior Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:
