Overview
Join a team of professionals working on a high-profile tech client developing key visuals across their in-app advertisement and digital campaigns. As an Associate Creative Director, you will lead charge in crafting art direction and designs across different channels. Collaborate with the standing team and connect with our client contacts to bring their goals to life.
Responsibilities
  • Take lead in art execution and exhibit strong key visual development
  • Concept and execute art for campaigns and campaign partnerships across app, social, web, email and more
  • Leverage regulated AI tools as needed for visuals and illustrations
  • Support and lead creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
  • Exhibit strong strategic sense, offer feedback and challenge creative briefs to strengthen them
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and apply them as appropriate
  • Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
  • Assist creative leads in research and presentation materials
  • Lead production of ideas and coach junior talent as needed
  • Present work both externally and internally
  • Oversee other creative staff as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital media Design or Advertising/Portfolio school Degree
  • 7+ years of art directing for advertising or marketing agency
  • Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates conceptual art direction
  • Full awareness and understanding of digital landscape including online campaigns, mobile experience and social media
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior staff
  • Proficiency in Figma and Google environments
  • Experience leveraging AI as a creative tool

Compensation Range: $80 - $91/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
