Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Of Counsel Attorney to join a premier international law firm in Houston. This opportunity is designed for highly accomplished attorneys with substantial law firm experience who are looking to continue practicing at the highest level while serving sophisticated clients on complex legal matters.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on sophisticated legal matters within your area of expertise
  • Lead and manage complex transactions, litigation matters, or regulatory matters
  • Provide strategic legal counseling to clients and internal teams
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal teams when appropriate
  • Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups
