All of You Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Outpatient Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in Orange, California. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while also being part of a supportive outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans that reflect their strengths and goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.
  • Provide timely referrals and connect clients with necessary community resources, such as support groups and rehabilitation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and fulfill mandated reporting requirements in a professional manner.
  • Document all client interactions and progress notes accurately in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to maintain up-to-date client information.
  • Regularly collaborate with fellow therapists, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners to promote a holistic approach to treatment.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to continually enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of emerging best practices in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a diverse outpatient client population, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. A holistic understanding of the social determinants that impact mental wellness will inform your therapeutic approach, emphasizing cultural competence and empathy.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • Current and unrestricted California LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license.
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and culturally responsive therapy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
