Could you be the full-time Senior Project Controller, in St-Bruno-de-Montarville on the South Shore of Montreal, we’re looking for? 

This position requires an on-site presence three days per week. To make your life easier, shuttle services are available between Montreal and the St-Bruno site!
 
 
Your future role:
 

Take on a new challenge and apply your financial leadership expertise in a dynamic and impactful industry. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates while acting as the financial business partner for major rail projects.

As the Project Controller, you will partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to drive the financial performance of complex projects from execution through completion. You’ll provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, ensure financial compliance, and help maximize project profitability and cash flow.

You’ll specifically take care of financial performance management, forecasting, reporting, risk mitigation, and contract support, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from both an operational and financial perspective.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Acting as the Project Controller and trusted financial partner to the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing financial analysis, advice, and guidance to support strategic decision-making
  • Managing project forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial performance
  • Monitoring and improving project profitability, margins, cash flow, and working capital
  • Supporting contract and claim management by assessing financial risks and opportunities
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls
  • Driving financial governance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coaching and supporting junior Project Controller
