Job description

We are seeking a Junior Photo Editor to support the selection and organization of imagery for use across digital marketing campaigns, streaming platforms and promotional materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual eye, a passion for film and television, and an understanding of what makes an image compelling and engaging to an audience.
You will review large volumes of photography and select images that best align with creative objectives, brand standards, and platform-specific guidelines. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while consistently applying established criteria.
Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate large volumes of still photography for promotional usage.
  • Apply detailed client and platform guidelines to ensure image selections meet creative and technical requirements.
  • Identify images that effectively communicate story, emotion, character, and audience appeal.
  • Organize, tag, and manage image selections within asset management systems and shared databases.
  • Maintain consistency across campaigns and ensure all deliverables adhere to established standards.
  • Perform quality control checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with guidelines.
  • Manage workload independently and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Make minor photo editing modifications when necessary.

Requirements
    • 2+ years of experience in photo curation or photo editing,
    • Strong visual judgment and an understanding of what makes imagery effective for marketing and audience engagement.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and guidelines with precision.
    • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
    • Comfortable reviewing high volumes of assets while maintaining consistency and quality.
    • Familiarity with entertainment, streaming, film, television, or digital marketing content is a plus.
    • Experience with digital asset management systems, content management systems, or image libraries is preferred.
    • Integrity - Has sound judgment and will question actions inconsistent with company values
    • Will occasionally have to work in the West Hollywood office. Therefore, only LA Based candidates will be considered.
