Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician / Junior Systems Administrator to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless technology operations for end users. This role combines hands-on technical support with system administration responsibilities, making it ideal for professionals looking to grow their careers in IT.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting hardware, software, network, and server environments while delivering exceptional service to users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Support Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Create, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Assist with Windows Server administration and system maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Manage and maintain printers, peripherals, and related equipment.
  • Respond to help desk requests and document resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on projects, upgrades, and technology initiatives.
