We are seeking a Junior Process Engineer with 2+ years of experience who is eager to grow their technical skills, contribute to multidisciplinary project teams, and support the design and optimization of energy facilities. Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Junior Process Engineer, you will support process engineering activities across various project phases-from conceptual design through detailed engineering and operational support. Responsibilities include:
Technical Support
  • Assist in developing process simulations and models under senior guidance
  • Support preparation of key engineering deliverables, including:
    • Heat & Material Balances
    • Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
    • Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
    • Engineering calculations, reports, and data sheets
  • Conduct basic analyses of facility performance and help identify opportunities for optimization or debottlenecking

Collaboration & Project Execution
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, senior engineers, and project managers
  • Interface with vendors to gather technical information and support equipment specification
  • Support commissioning, start‑up activities, and field engineering tasks when required

Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Participate in P&ID reviews, hazard assessments, and design verification activities
  • Ensure deliverables comply with applicable engineering standards, codes, and regulatory requirements

Technical Exposure
You will gain hands‑on experience in a variety of process systems, which may include:
  • Natural gas processing (sweet and sour gas)
  • Oil processing, including heavy oil, stabilization, and treating operations
  • Power Generation
  • Brownfield MOC's
  • Refinery process systems

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
About You
You are an early-career engineer with a desire to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to high-quality engineering work. You bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in process engineering (EPC/EPCM experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ProMax, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
