Description:

Congressional races across the country seek talented, hard-working campaign managers.


The Campaign Manager is tasked with overseeing every aspect of congressional campaigns on the ground through 2026. The Campaign Manager will develop, implement, and manage the campaign plan including staff hiring and management, handling consultant communication and deliverables, budgeting, cashflow, political outreach, overseeing finance plan, fundraising staff and operation, overseeing communication staff and operation. The Campaign Manager will also be the primary staffer for candidate relationship, staffing, and communication.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least one (1) cycle as a Campaign Manager or two (2) cycles as a Senior and Junior Congressional Campaign Staffer. Candidates also must have significant experience with managing staff as well as principle management. Ideal candidates will have experience in all aspects of managing a congressional operation including budgeting, cashflow, scheduling, fundraising, communications, organizing, political outreach, and consultant management of paid communications.
