Jr. Sales Associate - HondaAll Roads/Norris Honda in Dundalk, MD
We are searching for a motivated, high- energy, customer focused SALES professional to join our growing team! If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you! Start your automotive sales career today with a base salary plus bonuses! this role will deliver an exceptional experience by walking customers through vehicle features, warranty details, and final documentation.
 
Compensation & Schedule
$4000 per month plus bonuses.
40 hours a week Monday - Saturday (off Sunday and one weekday)

Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers, confirm their needs and recommend vehicle options
  2. Develop expertise on vehicle models and inventory
  3. Conduct test drives and explain features of the vehicle (valid driver's license required)
  4. Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales
  5. Complete quotes, return calls & emails, and assist with credit applications
  6. Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up
  7. Prepare sold vehicle prior to customer pick up
  8. Other duties as assigned
