DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
Support the implementation, operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to ensure they deliver safe, reliable, efficient, and measurable business value
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Assist in testing and validating AI tools
• Support the deployment and daily monitoring of enterprise AI or LLM integrations
• Help map and document workflows to identify automation opportunities and redesign processes for AI enablement
• Assist in pilot coordination and testing, capturing results, user feedback, and performance data
• Assist with identifying high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives and process improvement
• Work with Project Coordinators to ensure that all information is defined and collected
• Track and analyze adoption metrics and success measures, summarizing insights for leadership reviews
• Continuously learn about current AI trends, models, and regulatory considerations and translate them into actionable insights
• Work with all departments to align AI use cases to business outcomes
• Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
• Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
• Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
• Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Must be a friendly team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have the ability to:
• Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
• Work and communicate effectively with multiple departments as a cross functional team
• Facilitate change, often with limited time constraints
• Explain technology to nontechnical employees
Must have:
• Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
• A strong interest in assessing, implementing and monitoring AI and automation
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, and ChatGPT
• Basic working knowledge of Sharepoint, MS project or a similar project tracking application
• Basic working knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering fundamentals
• Basic technical skills and a willingness to learn
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or comparable platforms, in a professional or academic setting
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 years of experience in IT, application support, automation, data analytics, or a related technical role preferred
REQUIRED EDUCATION
• Associate Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, AI or a related field
PREFERRED EDUCATION
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, AI or a related field preferred
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
