We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of financial processes while partnering with team leaders to support organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly payroll tasks for office and hourly employees.
  • Perform all aspects of the accounts payable and disbursements cycle.
  • Analyze financial results and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit requirements.
  • Maintain fixed asset records and oversee depreciation schedules.
  • Develop and improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies.
  • Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed.
  • Participate in special projects, acquisitions, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
