Job description

Position Title: Junior Estimator
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team focused on commercial projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. The Junior Estimator will play a crucial role in supporting business development efforts by providing accurate estimates for various renovation projects, including hotels and office spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to engage with clients and follow up on leads, contributing to the company's growth and success. Collaboration and adaptability are essential in this position, as the team values diverse personalities and a shared commitment to achieving results. This position is based onsite, fostering a collaborative work environment that enhances communication and teamwork.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE
Junior Estimator Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for commercial renovation projects
  • Engage in business development activities to secure new projects
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy in estimates
  • Follow up with clients to maintain relationships and secure business
  • Support project management by providing necessary documentation and estimates

Junior Estimator Requirements:
  • 3+ years of estimating experience in Drywall & Metal Framing (commercial)
  • BA degree is preferred
