JTOPS is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant, someone who is passionate about their profession and takes pride in the work they do helping clients maintain their independence and thrive in their home environment. As a JTOPS occupational therapist you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing primarily mobile outpatient services in addition to onsite clinic. Our therapists are experts in building and strengthening relationships with current and prospective outpatient referral sources including physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and individuals in the community.
Requirements:
Licensed PTA
Experience in marketing in healthcare is optional, but preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport.
Outgoing and personable
New graduates welcome, clinical fieldwork setting of outpatient and/or home health preferred
Required Skills:
Exhibits a sincere desire to help patients and residents in their rehabilitation process.
Superior interpersonal communication skills
Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide.
Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice.
Possesses and conveys high degree of credibility and integrity.
Enjoys team cohesion, is a team player, has a positive attitude and a strong desire to make a constructive impact on organizational excellence.
