We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Junior Executive Assistant to support the President. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow into an executive-facing role. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting leadership, managing priorities, and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn-someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and can handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
- Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking follow-ups
- Maintain and organize executive correspondence (email, mail, and documentation)
- Assist with creating reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Process and track expense reports and partner with accounting as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with planning internal events, meetings, and team activities
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve team efficiency
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, coordinator, or assistant roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with expense reporting tools or CRM/ATS systems is a plus (BQE a bonus, not required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
