Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant to support the President. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional looking to grow into an executive-facing role. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting leadership, managing priorities, and driving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to learn-someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and can handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Support leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking follow-ups
  • Maintain and organize executive correspondence (email, mail, and documentation)
  • Assist with creating reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Process and track expense reports and partner with accounting as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with planning internal events, meetings, and team activities
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve team efficiency
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support, coordinator, or assistant roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
