You'll often shadow more experienced process servers to understand procedures and court protocols. This role requires attention to detail and professionalism, as you'll be interacting with a variety of individuals and legal entities. Over time, you'll gain knowledge of legal timelines and best practices, which can open up opportunities for more complex assignments and eventual advancement.
