The main difference is that a Journeyman Engineer has completed necessary certifications and gained experience to work independently, while an Apprentice Engineer is still in training and gaining skills under supervision. Both roles are essential in technical industries, but the Journeyman Engineer is fully qualified to handle complex tasks without direct oversight.

What are some common challenges faced by journeyman engineers during the transition from apprentice roles, and how can they overcome them?

Journeyman Engineers often encounter challenges such as adapting to increased responsibility, managing more complex projects, and making independent technical decisions.
